LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- One man is charged with three counts of theft after police say he took money for roofs he never fixed. Sean Redden is now behind bars.
Police believe he owned a roofing business.
They say in three cases, he cashed checks totaling more than $12,000 and never fixed the people's roofs.
