Videos show Louisville cops tossing drinks at random people on the street

It was a pattern the officers of Louisville Metro Police’s former violent crime unit, the Ninth Mobile Division, repeated dozens of times in 2018 and 2019, filming the drink-throwing pranks and sharing the videos with colleagues.

In October 2022, a federal judge called the actions of former officers Curtis Flynn and Bryan Wilson "egregious, conscious, shocking behavior,"Â before sending both to prison.
