A plan for a six-story boutique hotel on East Market Street in the NuLu area got a boost Thursday with the approval of $500,000 in economic development subsidies from the state.
Metro Council approved an ordinance establishing a tax increment financing (TIF) district for what will be the new boutique hotel in NuLu called Bunkhouse.
