Dosker Manor has been plagued with issues, and Louisville Metro Housing Authority is moving ahead with plans to move people out of the troubled public housing complex.

On July 25th at around 4 p.m., the housing complex was also without power for almost 24 hours. Power was restored on July 26.
The power outage occurred in the C Building of Dosker Manor due to a burst sprinkler in one of the apartments around 12 a.m. on Saturday.

Louisville Metro Housing Authority is hosting in-person surveys this week from noon to 4 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. for residents at Dosker Manor. The 50 question survey takes residents about 30 minutes to an hour to complete.
Police said originally calls for service came in Friday as a "break in in-progress."
