A cargo plane has skidded off a Hong Kong runway and collided with a security vehicle, killing two people in the car. The incident happened early Monday, and the plane's four crew members were unharmed. The Boeing 747, operated by Turkey-based ACT Airlines, was landing at Hong Kong International Airport from Dubai. The aircraft broke into two parts and fell into the sea. Rescue teams found the security workers trapped in the car after a 40-minute search.
