Nearly a decade after Crystal Rogers disappeared, two men convicted in her murder are expected to learn their sentences Wednesday in Nelson County.

The hearing was originally scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 21 in Nelson County.

A Nelson County man was indicted on a felony charge of retaliating against a participant in the legal process, specifically the Crystal Rogers murder trial, according to court records.
