The Clarksville Police Department is taking steps to help officers' mental health, people with autism, and those facing drug addiction under new police chief Nathan Walls.

The Clarksville Town Council voted 4-3 to replace current Clarksville Police Chief Mark Palmer with current Administrative Specialist Captain Nathan Walls.
