Monday, attorneys Andrew Baldwin and Brad Rozzi filed a new motion to get Judge Fran Gull removed from Richard Allen's case. 

Richard Allen, the man accused of the 2017 murders of Abby Williams and Libby German, is asking the Indiana Supreme Court to have his original lawyers reinstated and the special judge removed.
