The Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing comes two weeks after a circuit court granted a temporary restraining order, ordering it to immediately cease operations and marketing.

A class-action lawsuit filed against Lexington Blue Roofing in April claims there may be more than 100 people who paid the company for work that was never done. 

The company has been under fire in recent months, as homeowners claim they paid the company for services that were never done.
