LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- The suspected shoplifter who was shot by a Jefferson County Constable at a Louisville Walmart is under arrest again.
Police say Tammie Ortiz was stopped last night for failing to use her turn signal, but in the car, officers say, they found a crack pipe, crack cocaine, and Hydrocodone.
Police believe she intended to sell the drugs. She's now facing drug charges.
