LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police are asking for the public's help to find a man who burglarized a local sandwich shop.

It happened on Sunday, Nov. 3, between 10:30 a.m. and noon, at the Subway sandwich shop near the corner of Dixie Hwy. and Burnett Ave.

Police say a man unlocked the shop using a key, entered the proper code to disable the alarm, accessed a safe by entering the correct combination and then removed cash.

He then exited the store, locking the door behind him, according to police.

Police say the man appears to be light-skinned, and between 20-30 years old. At the time of the burglary, they say he was wearing a hoodie, gloves and black glasses.
