LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police have arrested a Louisville man accused of robbing a south end restaurant.

According to an arrest report, it happened around 10 p.m. May 30, at the Indi's restaurant at 4590 Dixie Highway. That's where police say Anthony Spaulding entered the restaurant through a rear door armed with a handgun. After ordering all employees to lie on the floor. Police say Spaulding left on foot with $600 from the drive-through register.

While investigating the robbery, police learned that one of the employees, Aaron Hall, is a "longtime friend" of Spaulding's. Police say Hall admitted that it was Spaulding who robbed the business.

While executing a search warrant at Spaulding's home, they found baggies containing a substance believed to be heroin, a baggie of a white powder substance, along with marijuana, digital scales and "a large amount of money."

Spaulding is charged with robbery, trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), and possession of marijuana.
