LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A former Bullitt Central High School teacher has been re-indicted on charges that she raped a student.

Crystal Chappell faces six counts of rape in connection with incidents that allegedly took place from June of 2014 to August of 2014, according to official Bullitt Circuit Court documents.

The charges against Chappell were initially dismissed because some witnesses were not subpoenaed due to an error. A prosecutor also said there was an issue regarding the alleged victim's availability for the trial.

Julie Kaelin, Chappell's attorney, declined to comment on the case.

Chappell is scheduled to be arraigned August 10.
