LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- MetroSafe confirms Shanae Moorman, 25, died after an accident on the ramp from 64-East to the Gene Snyder.

The ramp, which was shut down due to the accident, has since re-opened according to officials. The accident happened on the ramp going on to southbound Gene Snyder.

The call came in around 2:58 a.m. Saturday.

LMPD spokesperson Dwight Mitchell says the accident involved one vehicle.

Officials say a preliminary investigation shows that the driver of a black Honda Accord was traveling east on I-64 and was exiting onto the Gene Snyder southbound ramp.

Police say Moorman was ejected after the vehicle rolled over. She was pronounced dead at the scene at 3:10 a.m.

Police say she was not wearing a seatbelt and died of multiple blunt force injuries.

Upon further investigation, the LMPD Traffic Unit confirms that another person was in the vehicle at the time. Police say Bradley Allen Caraway, 34, has been charged with a Felony for leaving the scene of an accident.

Police say it has not yet been determined if Caraway was a passenger or the driver of the Honda Accord.

Sources close to Moormon say she was a cheerleader at U of L who attended Louisville Male High School.

Moormon's funeral will be at Porter AD & Sons Funeral Home on Bardstown Road. She was from the 1300 block of Brentwood Way.

The LMPD Traffic Unit is continuing to investigate the crash.
