LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A juvenile has been indicted on three counts of murder as a co-defendant with Brice Rhodes and another teen, accused in the slayings of teenage brothers Larry Ordway and Maurice Gordon as well as another man.
A Jefferson County grand jury indicted Jacorey Lamont Taylor of murder and tampering with physical evidence Thursday.
Anjuan Carter, 15, and Rhodes have already been indicted on the same charges.
Police say Rhodes, Carter and Taylor murdered Larry, 14, and Maurice, 16, on May 22 and dumped their bodies in the Shawnee neighborhood. The teens had been beaten and stabbed, their bodies badly burned.
Rhodes, 25, killed the two brothers because he feared they would snitch about his involvement in the May 4 shooting death of Christopher Jones, according to police. Rhodes is currently in jail on a $1 million bond in connection with those cases.
Taylor will be arraigned on Monday in Jefferson Circuit Court.
An attorney for Taylor could not be reached for comment.
Carter has also pleaded not guilty and his bond was set at $250,000 cash.
Defense attorney Ryan Vantrease, who represents, Carter, said, "We are looking forward to having this litigated and resolved for Anjuan as quickly as possible because of his young age."
