LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Authorities have released the name of a man who died in a shooting that happened Monday in Newburg.

The victim was 62-year-old Michael Brown, according to Deputy Coroner Anthony Wight.

The shooting happened just before 1:30 p.m. in the 4900 block of Garden Green Way, near Cedrus Circle.

Police say the victim was found in a truck.
