Louisville has invested nearly $7 million to buy a few buildings just off of South Floyd and East Breckinridge streets to create the campus, but money from private donors is still needed.Â
The city of Louisville is expected to make an announcement next week about the Community Care Campus, a new initiative aimed at providing serves and shelter for people in need.
Construction began Tuesday on the Community Care Campus, Louisville's newest multimillion-dollar project to house and care for homeless people.
