Louisville-based Humana Inc. claims its corporate headquarters in downtown Louisville suffers from structural defects discovered only recently.
Humana, the only Fortune 500 company headquartered in Kentucky, plans to vacate its headquarters building at 500 W. Main Street to "centralize" its Louisville employment in the company’s Waterside-Clocktower campus on the east side of downtown.
