Metro Council learned Tuesday that Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer's administration found six golf pros to manage six of the city's 10 courses: Charlie Vettiner, Long Run, Sun Valley, Iroquois, Shawnee and Seneca.

It's not clear if Mayor Greg Fischer's office will find golf pros to lead Bobby Nichols Golf Course, Cherokee Golf Course and Crescent Hill Golf Course.

The councilwoman who brokered a deal to save the courses hopes playership will spike.
