Special Judge Larry Medlock said he wants to hear from those who were impacted by the allegations in the case against former Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel.
New court documents show former Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel — who pleaded guilty last month to 27 felony charges — used taxpayer money to spend more than $11,000 in five years at St. Elmo's Steak House in downtown Indianapolis.
On Aug. 26, Noel pleaded guilty to theft, obstruction of justice, tax evasion, money laundering, corrupt business influence and official misconduct.
