HOGPGov. Andy Beshear said warmer weather will help efforts by first responders.
Gov. Andy Beshear said there have now been 21 weather-related deaths. The most recent reported death was a man in Logan County.
Beshear said the flooding and cold temperatures are now responsible for 23 deaths in Kentucky.
