The Democratic governor is set to deliver his fifth annual State of the Commonwealth address, which will be aired on KET.
Between fall 2022 and fall 2023, Kentucky was at the forefront nationally with overall higher education enrollment growth of 5.6%, Gov. Andy Beshear said.
The technology will eventually be featured in Fayette and Jefferson counties.
