Maurice Stallard and Vicki Lee Jones

Gregory Bush, who is accused of shooting and killing two people at a Jeffersontown Kroger last year, was in court Tuesday for a pre-trial conference.

The lawsuits claim "no effort was made by Kroger store security to prevent Gregory Alan Bush from shooting and killing Kroger store customers."

Gregory Bush is facing state and federal charges, as well as civil lawsuits for the deaths of Maurice Stallard and Vickie Lee Jones.
