LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - A few weeks ago,Ā WDRB introduced you to
Daniel Noltemeyer of Lousiville.
Noltemeyer, who has Down Syndrome, is a founder of Best Buddies Kentucky, an organization that facilitates social inclusion for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
He was a finalist for NASCAR's Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award, which is NASCAR's top honor for philanthropy.
He won theĀ award FridayĀ nightĀ when itĀ was handed out in Las Vegas.

Noltemeyer will receive a $100,000 donation for Best Buddies Kentucky and a 2015 Toyota Camry.
