LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The yearly blood battle between Kentucky and Tennessee fans is now underway.
The 36th annual Big Blue Crush is designed to ensure a healthy blood supply for Thanksgiving Week.
Anyone can donate at Kentucky Blood Centers to participate in the battle that lasts through Friday, and that includes two locations in Louisville: one on Antle Drive Hillview and another on Shelbyville Road in Middletown.
Kentucky leads the series against Tennessee, 20-14-1.
All Big Blue Crush donors will receive a limited-edition Big Blue Crush T-shirt.
