LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Boeing officials hope banks will loan them $10 billion dollars as they grapple with the ongoing 737 Max crisis.

The company said it already has secured at least $6 million from banks.

The aircraft maker has been facing rising costs since the two fatal crashes of its 737 Max planes.

Boeing will suspend production of the 737 Max this month.

The 737 Max planes have been grounded for 11 months.
