LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A new bourbon tasting room is coming to NuLu, according to our partners at Louisville Business First.
Chicken Cock Whiskey is building a tasting experience at 821 E. Market Street. The space previously housed Gertie's Whiskey Bar at NuLu Marketplace.
Tyler Rothenberg, vice president of marketing for Grain & Barrel Spirits, Chicken Cock Whiskey's parent company, said the designs are still in the works. The attraction would only take up the building's main and ground floors.
Chicken Cock Whiskey open its Bardstown tasting room in June 2024.
“We’ve learned that the consumers — especially here in Kentucky — looking to enjoy the bourbon experience, [are] really connected with our brand,” Rothenberg said to Louisville Business First. “We found a great space and a great part of town that is vibrant and growing.”
