LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — The Louisville property home to the PGA Tour Superstore is now on the market for $7.12 million, according to our partners at Louisville Business First.

The store opened in 2025 in the former Bed Bath & Beyond space at Breckenridge Plaza, near Big Spring Country Club, transforming the vacant retail site into a golf-focused destination.

Inside, it features golf simulators, a large indoor putting green, club fitting services and practice bays designed for year-round play and training.

The property sits in a busy retail corridor surrounded by major national brands and restaurants, including Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, Chick-fil-A, Ruth’s Chris Steak House and Red Lobster.

Despite the sale listing, the PGA Tour Superstore recently secured a new 10-year lease, with options to extend up to 25 years.

The listing comes as golf continues to grow across the Louisville, driving a wave of new entertainment and training venues.

Recent openings include Back Nine Golf in Holiday Manor, a second Five Iron Golf location downtown, and indoor mini-golf venue Puttshack at Oxmoor Center. Another Nine Golf Simulators concept is also planning multiple Louisville-area locations.
