LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Lexington-based sushi restaurant will open a new spot in east Louisville.
Toku Revolving Sushi plans to open in the former Bob Evans restaurant on Blairwood Road, near Hurstbourne Parkway, according to our partners at Louisville Business First.
Toku will have a conveyor belt bringing sushi around to each table. Diners can pick items from the conveyor or special order to their table.
The restaurant offers sushi, sashimi, ramen and other Japanese dishes, along with a selection of Japanese whisky.
The first location opened in Lexington last year. The Louisville location is expected to be fully-renovated before opening, though a date has not yet been set.
