LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A popular chicken chain opened another location in Louisville.
Zaxby's opened its newest Louisville location Monday at 9903 Brownsboro Road in the Springhurst neighborhood. It will have a drive-thru and walk-up counter service but no indoor dining.
It's owned by Kentucky natives Kent and Matt Hatfield of Cornerstone Hospitality, LLC. The 1,100-square-foot location is the company's sixth location in the area. It's expected to create up to 50 new jobs.
Zaxby's is known for its chicken fingers, sandwiches and salads.
