LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The state of Indiana has transferred David Camm to a jail in Evansville.

That's where he will wait as preparations for his third murder trial continue in nearby Spencer County, Indiana.

This mug shot is Camm latest photo, taken upon his booking at the Vanderburgh County Jail last week.

Camm is being held there on behalf of Floyd County.

Camm is no longer considered a state prisoner, since he is no longer convicted of a crime and simply awaiting trial.

His two previous murder convictions were overturned on appeal.

He is accused of killing his wife and two children in their home in Georgetown, Indiana, in 2000.

Last week, a Supreme Court decision removed Floyd County prosecutor Keith Henderson from the case.
