LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A crash has shut down all lanes of Interstate 65 north and south near the Interstate 64 and Interstate 71 interchanges in downtown Louisville Friday morning.

According to LMPD spokesperson John Bradley, a semi-truck was involved in a single vehicle crash around 1:00 a.m. Friday morning.

The semi hit the wall on the interstate, causing the trailer to come unattached from the semi. The portion of the trailer that ripped off flipped over the ramp and onto the road below.

The truck was hauling boxes of hot dogs, which caused quite a mess on the interstate to clean up.

There were no injuries, according to Bradley.

The ramps were reopened around 8:30 a.m. on Friday after cleanup was finished.
