LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Kentucky State Police are searching for a missing 8-month-old child in western Kentucky.
KSP opened a missing child's case in Ohio County on Thursday for Miya Tucker.
Tucker has brown hair and green eyes.
Troopers went to Tucker's home for a welfare check and could not find her.
Tucker's parents, Cage Rudd, 30, and Tesla Tucker, 29, were arrested on charges including drug possession, child abuse, and abandonment of a minor.
Ricky Smith, 56, was arrested Friday on charges including child abuse, abandonment of a minor, drug possession, and gun charges.
Smith is Tucker's grandfather.
The three are scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
