LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man has been charged with impregnating a 14-year-old girl.
According to court documents, 27-year-old Andres Hernandez used social media to meet up with a 14-year-old girl in March 2024.
Court documents state the victim agreed to meet up and Hernandez came to her house, took her to an unknown location and gave her a drink.
The victim thought they had sex and told her mother after she became pregnant.
A DNA test confirmed that Hernandez was the father, court documents state.
Hernandez was arrested Wednesday and charged with rape.
He appeared in court Thursday and his bond was set at $25,000. Hernandez has a preliminary hearing scheduled for July 25.
