22-year-old Seymour man finds parents shot to death in apparent murder-suicide

SEYMOUR, Ind. (WDRB) -- A Seymour Indiana couple's son makes a horrific discovery, finding both of his parents shot to death.

According to the Jackson County Sheriff's Department evidence at the home on Spring Meadow Lane and the autopsy reports point to murder-suicide.

They were called to the house around 4:30 last Wednesday afternoon.

The couple's 22-year-old son found his father Jason Jackson and his mother Brandi Jackson shot.

Police believe the wife was the shooter as she was found with a handgun.
