Jeffersonville, IN (WDRB) -- An early morning fire damaged the Jerry's Family Restaurant in Jeffersonville.
That fire started about 2 a.m. near the kitchen area. Firefighters had to break some windows to let smoke escape the building. And there appears to be smoke damage inside the restaurant.
Jerry's is a popular breakfast spot along Tenth Street. But there is no word yet on when the restaurant plans to reopen.
