OLDHAM COUNTY, Ky. (WDRB) -- A fire on the roof of the Oldham County Middle School will not affect school next week.

Oldham County School officials say the fire broke out around midnight Friday night. Construction materials left on the roof caught fire, but fire officials have not yet said how.

Three fire departments were called to the scene to help put out the fire. Crews spent the day resealing the part of the roof that was damaged.
