LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A fast-growing Mexican restaurant chain is bringing its first Louisville location to St. Matthews.
According to our partners at Louisville Business First, Hot Head Burritos plans to open in December at 4404 Shelbyville Road near Mall St. Matthews. The new restaurant will be the its sixth location in Kentucky and is expected to create about 12 to 15 jobs.
The restaurant offers customizable burritos, bowls, tacos, nachos and quesadillas with more than 40 ingredients and 16 signature sauces ranging from mild to extra spicy.
The Louisville location will offer dine-in service, takeout and third-party delivery.
"Louisville has a great food scene, and we're excited to be a part of it. Customers are going to love our 16 signature sauces, which let them customize every burrito or bowl exactly the way they like it,"Â President and CEO Kelly Gray told LBF.
Founded in 2007 in the Dayton, Ohio, area, Hot Head Burritos has grown to 88 locations across eight states. The chain ranked No. 47 on Dayton Business Journal’s 2024 list of fastest-growing companies.
