LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A jury says the Kentucky man accused of killing his 4-year-old foster son is not guilty.
Billy Embry-Martin, age 34, was charged with murder after his foster son died from head injuries two years ago. Embry-Martin claimed the child fell and hit his head, but a medical examiner said someone hit him.
Police had taken the 4-year-old from the home at least once before, because of reported drug abuse and neglect.
