LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man and woman were taken to the hospital early Thursday after they were found shot in southwest Louisville.Â
According to a news release from Louisville Metro Police, Third Division officers responded to a report of a shooting around 1 a.m. in the 3000 block of Fordhaven Road off of St. Anthony's Church Road.
When officers arrived, they found a man and woman with gunshot wounds. The man had a graze wound to his chest, and the woman had been shot in the leg. The victims received first aid until EMS arrived and took them to UofL Hospital. Their injuries didn't appear life-threatening, according to police.Â
Detectives are working to learn what led up to the shooting, what a possible motive could be, but there are no suspects at this time.
