LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man is killed in a freak workplace accident in Jeffersonville.

42-year-old Anthony Maupin died at University Hospital last night.

The Jefferson County coroner's office says high winds blew a 700 pound fiberglass lid into Maupin at Ohio River Metal Services in the Port of Indiana.

The company president tells WDRB the accident is under investigation.
