LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police are searching for a 46-year-old woman last seen in Pleasure Ridge Park.
Tamika Simmons was last seen walking away from the 6700 block of Gabriel Drive on Saturday around 6 p.m. The 5-foot-7 Black woman is not able to care for herself and is in need of medication, according to LMPD.
Simmons was last seen wearing a blue and white hoodie, black and blue leggings and carrying two black bags.
