La Grange man arrested for rape, sodomy of 16-year-old

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A La Grange man was arrested for allegedly having sex with a minor.

Ronald Bertucci, 43, was arrested Tuesday after an Oldham County Grand Jury indicted him last week on rape and sodomy charges.

According to his indictment, between July 14 and July 28, 2025, Bertucci had "deviate sexual intercourse" with a 16-year-old.

Bertucci was charged with rape and sodomy. He was booked into the Oldham County jail, but has since posted a $25,000 cash bond.

He is scheduled to be in court on Dec. 4.
