LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — The Jefferson County Coroner identified the man who was killed in a July 5 hit-and-run crash while riding an e-bike on Outer Loop.
According to the Louisville Metro Police Department, the man was in the 2100 block of Outer Loop, near Stinnett Lane and Grade Lane, around 11:45 p.m. that night when he was hit by an unknown car.
The driver of that unknown car fled the scene.

The man was thrown from the e-bike and found by officers on the shoulder. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The corner identified the man Tuesday as 30-year-old Guivy Tsokeine.
Officers later tracked down the car that hit Tsokeine and arrested 28-year-old Diego Garcia Orozco, who admitted he left the scene and got a new windshield that day.
Police said the other damage on his car was consistent with the crash. According to his arrest citation, Orozco also didn't have a valid license, insurance or registration.
Orozsco is charged with with second-degree manslaughter, failure to render aid and additional related charges. He pleaded not guilty.
