LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Louisville landlord faces human trafficking charges after being accused of raping a 15-year-old girl.
Rolando Vasquez, 48, was arrested Wednesday on charges of human trafficking, promoting human trafficking with a victim under 18, three counts of rape, three counts of sodomy and one count of sexual abuse.
According to court documents, Vasquez rented a room to the girl's mother in Louisville's east end. Police said the alleged abuse started in December 2025.
In court for his arraignment Thursday, Judge Lisa Langford set his bond at $100,000 and told him to stay away from the family and all children.
