Woman detained by ICE at Louisville airport says she was denied sickle cell medication
According to the letter, Sarafinah Bukirwa was on her way to a sickle cell conference in California when she was detained. McGarvey said she has not been given her sickle cell medication since being taken into custody, even though she had it with her at the time.
