LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man is accused of criminal mischief after he decided to express himself with a can of spray paint.
According to the police report, officers caught 21-year-old Michael Burkhardt in the act of "spray painting a non-commissioned/unwanted mural."
Police say Burkhardt had spray painted multiple sites, using his tag "Cheba" or "Cheba 2."
Damages were estimated at over $1,000.
After gaining permission to search Burkhardt's car, police say they found several paint cans, paint pens and markers in the trunk.
Burkhardt was charged with one count of criminal mischief.
