LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Police say a man was shot in the back at a local Wendy's.
According to arrest reports, Christopher Copeland and Kristen Hill met the man at the Wendy's on Preston Highway, near Gilmore Lane, last night.
Police say an argument broke out, and Copeland shot the man in the back.
Both Copeland and Hall jumped in a car and drove away, leaving the man at the scene.
They were later arrested on Wolfe Avenue near Phillips Lane.
Both are charged with first-degree assault.
