LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- To shoot or not to shoot: that is the question for Clarksville officers undergoing use-of-force training.

Clarksville Police are giving their officers training on using deadly force. They say it's crucial in light of shootings like the one in Ferguson, involving officers and unarmed suspects.
