LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A woman died in Hardin County after she fell from a cliff.
First responders with West Hardin Fire & Rescue were called out to Sonora Hardin Springs Road in Big Clifty just before 8 p.m. Saturday, March 14.
Several callers reported a woman fell about two or three stories off the edge of a cliff and down onto some rocks. It took crews time to navigate the terrain and reach the woman.
The Hardin County Coroner later identified the 27-year-old woman to be Aleiana Witten. Officials said she had severe injuries and died at the scene.
